![]() People kept Coming! The rain continued to fall, but the people kept coming!!! Thank you, Dallas' Thank you, Dallas, and thank you, Texas, for your flag-waving rally of support on Saturday. Your message was well-received. Keep the faith in the hard months ahead as we cope with rebuilding an entire nation. Your support will be needed then, too. Keep your letters and prayers coming to friends and family fighting the good fight in the most miserable conditions. Please remember the cause of this military action: Operation Iraqi Freedom. Let us hope that someday they, too, will enjoy the privilege and protection of protesting against their new government. It is a testament to our military history to see Americans take to the streets – either for or against – and, therefore, one of the greatest compliments we could receive. Pfc. Robert Cervantes, stationed in Germany, Waco Letter from Dallas Morning News. |
